Strict Directives Issued for INDIA Bloc’s November 1 Ramlila Maidan Rally
The Delhi Police has granted conditional permission to the Congress and INDIA bloc to hold their mega rally at Ramlila Maidan on November 1.
Issued via a No Objection Certificate (NOC), the authorization comes with 12 mandatory directives aimed at ensuring law and order and smooth traffic management.
Under the rules, the gathering is restricted strictly between 10 AM and 5 PM.
Additionally, police have banned inflammatory speeches, hate speech, and provocative conduct.
Organizers must deploy multi-screen CCTV surveillance with recording capabilities, supply basic amenities like drinking water and mobile toilets, and assign designated volunteers with uniform badges to manage attendees.
Non-compliance will result in immediate revocation of permission and legal action.
