Yogi directs officials to follow up on grievance redressal at Janata Darshan
LUCKNOW : Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday directed officials present at a Janata Darshan event to talk to the aggrieved parties and find out if they are satisfied with the action taken to resolve their grievances.
According to an official statement, Adityanath listened to the grievances of people from various districts during the Janata Darshan and directed the officials concerned to ensure that every grievance is resolved within a prescribed timeframe.
He said that after resolving the issues, the officials should speak to the aggrieved parties and ascertain whether they are satisfied with the action taken.
