Tiger Shroff Set to Make Durand Cup Debut for Mumbay FC

Bollywood action star Tiger Shroff is set to swap the movie set for the football pitch after being named in Mumbay FC’s official squad for the 135th Durand Cup 2026.

Mumbay FC Technical Director Zoheb Khan confirmed the registration, revealing that Shroff has been training regularly with the squad. The actor, who co-founded the club in 2024 alongside entrepreneur Ali Ahmed, is expected to make an on-field appearance during the team’s final Group E fixture in Shillong.

Shroff previously featured for the club in the local Mumbai Premier League, demonstrating his strong connection and commitment to the team.

With Mumbay FC competing in Group E against Shillong Lajong FC, Langsning FC, and Nongkseh SS&CC, tournament organizers and club officials are putting heightened security measures in place to manage the expected crowd excitement surrounding his presence.
